A small pilot, with clear expectations.

Riktra is built and operated by Åke Brattberg through House of Brattberg AB. We start with a few companies, an agreed purpose and direct contact with the founder.

What are we agreeing to try?

The beta is currently free. Start with a limited company-context use case and decide who may join, which AI clients may connect and whether meeting extraction is appropriate for your information. Applying to the beta is an expression of interest, not acceptance of a processing agreement.

Before company personal data is processed, both parties must explicitly accept the processing agreement and the pilot’s scope in writing. We agree contacts, suppliers and transfers, return/deletion arrangements and the relevant security and availability limits.

Who helps us if something goes wrong?

Åke is the sole operator. The initial pilot has no designated backup operator and no staffed 24/7 support. Response and restoration may be delayed if he is ill or otherwise unavailable. There is no guaranteed uptime, response time or recovery time.

Only use this arrangement if it fits your needs. Keep an independent readable copy of important information and do not make Riktra the only place it exists. Self-service export depends on the service being available; an outage cannot produce a new export.

How do we get help and service updates?

Use the service contact below for pilot questions and outages, and the privacy contact for rights requests or security concerns. Confirm an authorised customer contact during onboarding so service and data-protection updates reach the right person.

Relevant service disruption updates go to the agreed customer contact as information becomes available. There is no continuously staffed public status desk. Do not email passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive records.

What if we stop using Riktra?

You can export information while the service is available and then close the appropriate company or personal account. We agree assistance for requests outside the self-service scope, protecting private records and other companies’ information.

For a planned service shutdown, we will communicate with authorised contacts and provide a reasonable opportunity for authenticated export. Unexpected founder absence may delay action. The service terms and processing agreement describe termination, deletion and retained-copy limits.
