Your data, from input to exit.

Understand what stays in Riktra, what reaches an AI provider and what you can take with you. The privacy policy contains the detailed supplier and retention inventory.

What belongs in Riktra?

Use Riktra for company direction, decisions, responsibilities and necessary work context. Your company decides the purpose, who may use it and what personal information is appropriate. House of Brattberg AB separately handles account administration and service operations.

The initial pilot is not intended for unnecessary sensitive personal information, credentials, employee performance scoring or regulated high-risk uses. Agree the scope before submitting real company information.

What is sent when we import meeting material?

Submitting an import sends the transcript, meeting title and titles from existing company context to Anthropic for extraction. Sensitive-candidate screening happens after that external processing, so it cannot prevent the provider from receiving the submitted material.

Do not submit secrets or unnecessary sensitive information. Extracted records are proposals for human review. Ordinary context retrieval does not call the extraction model. Riktra does not use your content to train models; provider retention and exceptions follow the applicable API terms.

Where is data processed?

The primary database is hosted in Sweden. This does not mean all processing stays in the EU. Hosting, extraction, transactional email and operator correspondence involve suppliers that may process data internationally, including in the United States.

The privacy policy lists suppliers, purposes, locations and retention. Email sending location is separate from message storage. Your chosen AI clients are separate recipients with their own terms. Agree relevant supplier and transfer arrangements before starting a pilot.

Cookies and local preferences

Sign-in cookies support your authenticated session. Language and device preferences, such as theme and interaction sound, are stored to make the service work as selected. These are separate from optional usage analytics.

Optional analytics is off by default, uses content-free fields after the company preference is checked and does not set optional analytics cookies. Session replay is unavailable. The privacy policy contains the full description.

How do we download our information?

In Settings, open “Your data and account”. A company owner can download shared company records and their history. Your personal export contains your own private records in companies you still belong to; it never includes colleagues’ private notes.

Exports are JSON snapshots with access that expires after one hour. The web download attempts to discard its temporary snapshot; otherwise expired snapshots are removed on the next export or during operator maintenance. Original transcripts, invitations, credentials and external-provider copies are excluded. Exports over 20 MiB or requests outside the self-service scope require verified support assistance. Download and keep copies while the service is available.

What happens when we close a company or account?

Company closure permanently removes that company’s live shared records, histories, memberships and private data. Personal account closure removes your account, memberships and private data; shared records held by other companies can remain. A company owner must close owned companies before closing their personal account.

Confirm the correct scope and download an export first. Deletion does not erase files already downloaded or copies held by connected AI providers. Backup copies expire separately. Erasures and revoked access must be reconciled before restored data becomes available again.

How do we request access, correction or deletion?

Contact the privacy address below. We verify identity and authority before releasing or deleting information, and protect other people’s rights. Requests about company-controlled records may need to be handled with your company.

The privacy policy explains lawful bases, retention, your rights and how to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection. A self-service export is a practical product feature; it does not replace an individual’s statutory rights.
