Terms of service
Senast uppdaterad 2026-10-13Publiceras endast på engelska
These terms are an agreement between you and House of Brattberg AB, a Swedish aktiebolag registered under number 559125-1805, at Banérgatan 3, 521 31 Falköping, Sweden, about your use of Riktra. If you use Riktra on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it, and “you” means that company.
What Riktra is
Riktra keeps a company’s direction, decisions, ownership and attention in one governed place, and serves that context to people and to AI clients connected to it.
Riktra is not a task manager, a document archive, or a general search tool over your company’s files. It records a link to work in whatever task system you already use; it does not replace it.
Riktra is in beta
This matters more than anything else on this page.
- Riktra is provided free of charge during the beta.
- There is no service level commitment. It may be unavailable, and we do not promise a response time.
- Features may change substantially or be removed. We may end the beta, or your access to it, at any time.
- You should not make Riktra the only place any important information exists. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
If we end the beta or close your account, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data first, unless we are closing it because of the misuse described below.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Riktra is not for anyone under 16.
Acceptable use
Do not use Riktra to:
- break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- store material you have no right to store — including personal data about people who have not been told their employer is using Riktra;
- attempt to reach another organisation’s data, or probe the service’s access controls, except through a security report sent to us;
- overload the service, whether deliberately or through an automated client that ignores our rate limits;
- resell or white-label Riktra without our written agreement.
Reporting a security problem to us in good faith is welcome and is never a breach of these terms.
Your content stays yours
Before we process personal data for your company, both parties must expressly accept the data processing agreement in writing. Viewing the agreement does not accept it.
Everything you put into Riktra remains yours. You give us only the permission we need to actually run the service — to store your content, display it back to the people you have authorised, and process it to provide the features you use, including sending submitted material for extraction as described in the privacy policy. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone beyond the subprocessors named in the privacy policy.
What AI in Riktra does and does not decide
Riktra proposes; people decide. Anything the system extracts or suggests is a proposal until a person with the right to approve it does so. Riktra does not change your company’s shared truth on its own.
That is a deliberate design, and it is also where responsibility sits. Extraction is imperfect: it can misread what was said, miss context, or propose something wrong. The person approving a proposal is accepting it into their company’s record, and you remain responsible for decisions your organisation makes, including decisions informed by what Riktra shows you or serves to an AI client.
Availability, changes and ending the agreement
Authenticated account controls provide separate personal and company exports and closure. Company exports exclude private notes, original transcripts and credentials; contact us for requests outside that scope. Accounts owning a company must close it before personal account closure. Shared records held by other companies and externally received copies are not erased by closing your account. Backup expiry is separate; erasure is reconciled before a recovered service is reopened.
You can stop using Riktra and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
We may change these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Riktra after that means you accept the new terms.
No warranty
Riktra is provided “as is”. During the beta especially, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that what it extracts will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, House of Brattberg AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data, arising from your use of Riktra. Because Riktra is currently provided free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us for it, which during the beta is nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer rather than a business, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes go to the Swedish courts. House of Brattberg AB has its registered seat in Falköping, Västra Götaland, so Skaraborgs tingsrätt is the court of first instance.
